COACH really doesn’t need much introduction as they are an immediately recognizable global fashion brand. We had the pleasure of enjoying a great relationship with them for 13 years, and take great pride in our daily contribution
in turning this classic American leatherwear company into a global power brand.
It was a large-volume high-tempo operation involving multi-departmental overlapping projects with crossover deadlines which demanded as much management skill and organizational flexibility on our behalf as it did technical nous
and talent. We maintained constant communication with the photo team, art directors, graphic designers and department managers to create imaging for monthly merchandising guidelines, buyers catalogs and e-commerce in the US,
China, Japan and other international markets.
To deliver this gargantuan volume of work we managed a flexible team of retouchers to assist us with product retouching, background removals, merchandise duplication, product color changes and digital prop designs.
